I’ve been a designer for over a decade. For the past six years, I’ve focused on small, early-to-mid stage startups. I’ve worked across several complex, regulated industries including cyber security, health tech, and—most recently—fintech. I’ve built 0 to 1 enterprise software, created design systems from the ground up, and lead teams through multiple pivots in product market fit.
As a strategic leader, I excel at helping teams navigate ambiguity and enjoy simplifying and shaping complicated problems into digestible, actionable pieces. I’m naturally attuned to how experiences interconnect and have a keen sense for the details of a holistic customer experience—which never just exists inside the product itself. Relationships are essential for impact and I love bringing non-design disciplines into the design process.
On the ground, I’m a versatile generalist and you’ll often find me in conversation with my product and engineering partners, hashing out impact or collaborating on a user flow. I’m confident in all aspects of the design process and I’ll never say no to a customer conversation. Easiest part of my job.
