I’m Carissa 👋🏻

I’m a Product Design expert with 10+ years of experience building, scaling, and leading design teams across very fast-moving SaaS and startup environments. I have a background in heavily regulated industries such as Healthcare, Cyber Security, and most extensively, Fintech. I’m currently Head of Design at NYC-based fintech startup Stash.

Additionally, I help founders, executives, and product teams unlock growth through fractional design services. I am excellent at understanding nuanced business challenges and developing a tactical plan you can begin executing on day 1.
